Free delivery on all orders in Thailand. Period of delivery:

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are entirely unsatisfied with your order, simply return both the original sales invoice and unused item in its original package within 7 days of the date of the sales invoice in order to be eligible for an exchange. The packaging, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for an exchange. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at your own expense (except for the reason of defects). We regret that we cannot accept returns for previously assembled items, gift vouchers, discounted goods or items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt.
Shall you received a wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us at enquiry@airglethailand.com or (66) 02 147 1488 for the arrangement of return or exchange.
In case you ordered a wrong model by mistake, just simply contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase for the arrangement of return for exchange. Please note that you shall pay for the additional shipping cost and the price difference between these two models (in case the price of the correct model is higher than the wrong one you ordered).
